Toolstation is hiring a Store Assistant for the Kettering store (20 hours). Local candidates who can commute are preferred. The role requires flexible shifts from early mornings to evenings as stores open 7 AM–8 PM.

You’ll assist customers, handle deliveries, stock shelves, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. No prior retail experience is required; training is provided to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Be ready to handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• No retail experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything else.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, help customers find what they need, and assist with deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Provide outstanding service during busy times and maintain store standards.
