Position Details:

  • Temporary Fixed Term Contract
  • Duration: Approximately 8-12 weeks, start date dependent
  • 8 hours per week, with overtime and weekend availability required
  • Location: Sweaty Betty Beverley

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics
  • Engage with customers, educate them on products, and build rapport
  • Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to health & safety procedures
  • Manage cash and follow security and safety policies
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Passion for our brands and lifestyles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
