Sweaty Betty is seeking retail staff to join our team in the UK. We offer engaging customer experiences, focus on our premium brand lifestyle, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our customers and educate them on our product to build rapport and relationships.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Be responsible for cash management and safety/stock procedures.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
