Job summary

Sweaty Betty UK is seeking friendly retail associates to create amazing customer experiences in store. You will help customers choose footwear and apparel, drive sales, and maintain store standards.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a positive attitude. Training and development opportunities, clothing and uniform allowances, and a range of employee perks are provided.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability to work on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
