Key Responsibilities
  • Create memorable experiences through authentic customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Engage with customers, educate them on products, and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
  • Manage cash and adhere to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
