Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
  2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  3. Engaging with customers to educate about products and build lasting relationships.
  4. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  5. Managing cash and adhering to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  6. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
