Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide's Sweaty Betty brand in the UK is seeking a store team member to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and educate customers on the product range. You will maintain store standards, assist with merchandising, deliveries, and stock, while supporting loss prevention and safety procedures.

The role emphasizes building rapport with customers, achieving targets, and promoting upcoming collections. A passion for brands and a positive attitude are essential.

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
