Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
  2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  3. Engaging with customers, educating them about our products, and building rapport.
  4. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
  5. Managing cash and adhering to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  6. Encouraging customer loyalty through updates on new collections and gathering customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  2. Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  3. Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Positive, professional attitude.
  6. Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
  7. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
