Key Responsibilities
  • Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interact with customers, educate them about our products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
  • Manage cash and adhere to policies regarding security, safety, and stock accuracy.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
