Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  3. Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport and relationships.
  4. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
  5. Managing cash and adhering to policies on security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
  6. Encouraging customer loyalty through updates on upcoming collections and gathering customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
