Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport.
• Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Managing cash and following policies for security, safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming launches and collecting customer data.
