Key Responsibilities
  • Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport.
  • Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting loss prevention, and adhering to safety procedures.
  • Managing cash and following security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
