Job summary

Aldi is hiring in East Hagbourne for a Retail Assistant who will help ensure smooth store operations, from serving customers to stocking shelves and handling tills. You will join a fast-paced, friendly team focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Shifts start as early as 6am and finish by 10pm, with 10–30 hours per week. The role offers competitive pay with progression, 28 days leave, training, wellbeing discounts, and a welcoming, supportive team.
