About the role

We are seeking candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store in Eastleigh. The role involves working 20 hours per week, with store hours from 7 AM to 8 PM, requiring flexibility for early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Maintain store standards: Keep the store clean and well-organized for customers and staff.
• Learn while working: Complete coursework weekly, supported by your Store Manager and apprenticeship coach.
