Job summary

NEXT plc in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Store Administrator to support daily store administration, including stock and cash handling, to ensure audit standards are met.

You will work across sales floors and stockrooms, provide fast, friendly service, and report any discrepancies. The role offers flexible hours and development opportunities from day one.

Candidates should be accurate, detail-oriented, energetic, a team player, and comfortable using a PC.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling.
• Ensure admin processes run smoothly to support audit results.
• Work across all store areas as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms.
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers from front or back of house.
• Raise and share administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team.
• Take control of your own development and learning.
