Job summary

Tripod Partners is recruiting for Social Work Children roles in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent with immediate start on an ongoing contract. Paying £40 per hour, the roles require post-qualified experience in Children's services, including assessment and duty work.

You'll work within CIN, CP, LAC caseloads, complete SWETs, prepare court reports, and attend strategy meetings. Tripod provides specialist support, payroll, DBS and compliance, with a dedicated consultant and interview guidance.

Qualifications

• Post-qualified experience in Children’s Team is required.
• Experience with CIN, CP and LAC cases preferred.
• Ability to complete SWETs and court reports.

• Strong post-qualified experience in Children’s Team - Assessment, Duty work
• Hold CIN and CP cases and hold LAC cases
• Completing SWETs
• Section 7 reports
• Section 47 assessments / strategy discussions / ICPCs
• Holding complex CP cases including CP visits, Core groups RCPCs
• Holding CLA cases including Stat reviews, PEPs and visits
• Undertaking Section 47 investigations
• Writing court reports and attending court
• Attending Strategy Meetings, network and Professional Meetings.
