Job summary

Sports Direct, part of Frasers Group, is hiring a Stockroom Assistant in Peterborough. You’ll manage deliveries, stockroom upkeep, and timely replenishment to ensure the shop floor never runs short.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with in-store induction, progression pathways, and benefits including discounts, gym membership, and career development opportunities across the group.

Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, unpacking, and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Replenish the shop floor promptly and efficiently so customers find what they came for.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock counts and inventory control.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom in line with company standards.
• Store products safely, logically, and accessibly so nothing slows the team down.
• Back up store colleagues by keeping product availability tight.
• Stick to all health and safety procedures in the stockroom and back of house.
• Step onto the shop floor during peak trade when extra hands are needed.
