Job summary

Adidas Bridgend is hiring a Stockroom Sales Consultant for a 20-hour temporary contract. You’ll support store operations, help customers, maintain stock and merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have basic retail exposure, a customer-focused mindset, and are eager to learn adidas processes. You’ll work in a fast-paced team, with training provided and opportunities to grow within retail and logistics.

Qualifications

• 1+ months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through merchandising and housekeeping.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
