Hackett Ltd is seeking a Stockroom Assistant to manage stock movements in the store and maintain stockroom discipline to the company standards. You will ensure timely replenishment and keep the stockroom compliant with health and safety guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with head office Operations Administration, assisting in regular stock takes and cyclical counting, and handling transfer/delivery paperwork with daily filing and monthly archiving.

Formación

• Stock control and stockroom management experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a retail stockroom.

Responsabilidades

• Stock control: manage in/out stock movements, bookings, and transfers to collection rails.
• Maintain stockroom disciplines to company standards and ensure stock is accessible to the store team.
• Liaise with head office Operations Administration; assist in stock takes and cyclical counting.
• Handle transfer and delivery paperwork; archive monthly; report discrepancies; flag negative stock weekly.
