Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Stock Lead to manage stockroom operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory and replenishing stock on the floor.

You will support store performance through efficient merchandising and excellent customer engagement. Responsibilities include maintaining displays, handling omni-channel tasks, coaching associates, and ensuring compliance with safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year stockroom experience preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom organization, shipment processing, and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, audit displays, and drive in-store sales.
• Monitor omni-channel tasks, including digital orders and in-store pickups.
• Coach, train and assign work to associates; communicate with store leadership.
• Follow all policies, safety guidelines and dress code standards.
