Job description

Stockroom Controller Positions Available in Nottingham

We are seeking Stockroom Controllers for immediate start in Nottingham. Opportunities available for both full-time and part-time roles.

Working Hours and Pay

• Full-time: 45 hours per week, with lots of overtime available
• Part-time: Up to 20 hours per week

Pay rates start at £18.60/hour for day shifts, £23.50/hour for night shifts, and £28.50/hour for overtime and bank holidays worked. Roles can be PAYE or Self-Employed. Payments are made weekly on Fridays or monthly, according to your preference.

Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries and signing delivery notes or receipts
• Checking goods for damages or missing items
• Unloading goods manually, with trolleys, or forklift trucks
• Storing goods appropriately
• Maintaining records of stock, typically on a computer
• Conducting regular stock control checks
• Occasionally selling items to customers
• Picking, weighing, or packing goods for dispatch
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
