What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Stockroom Controller to join our team!

Your mission is to manage stock movement of goods in/out of the store and ensure stockroom discipline is maintained to company standards.

Our goal is for every client to feel and share our brand identity, encouraging repeat visits. A well-managed stockroom is vital for this, and we need you!

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage stock movement, ensure alterations are booked and transferred to collection rails, and maintain daily replenishment on the shop floor.
  • Maintain stockroom discipline, make stock accessible to the store team, and meet health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with head office operations, assist with stock takes and cyclical counts.
  • Ensure all transfer and delivery paperwork is filed and archived per policy, report discrepancies, and manage negative stocks weekly.
