Reporting into the Assistant Head Coach (Stockroom), you will :

• Lead : ensure the team provide fantastic customer service!
• Coach : provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate your Department, through training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning.
• Drive : assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.
• Inspire : care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

We are wanting to speak with talented retail leaders that can head up our Operational Excellence department. To be successful in this role, these are all the great things you can bring to Nike :

• A passion for the Nike brand.
• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in stock management, stock planning and inventory metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Great time management.
• Ability to think on the fly.

The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
