Overview

We are currently seeking individuals to join our Back of House team in Bicester for a 24 hour part-time position (permanent) on either Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri with at least one weekend day available. The main aim of the role is to deliver effective stock management while driving the Company KPIs through the maintenance and availability of products.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and presentation of merchandise at all times
• Managing tasks energetically and efficiently
• Receiving and processing deliveries promptly to ensure effective replenishment
• Achieving sales by ensuring stock is processed efficiently following floor first procedures
• Demonstrating consistency with Model Store standards at Back of House
• Executing Company customer service initiatives
• Executing Company back of house initiatives
• Ensuring behavior complies with Health and Safety policies at all times
• Communicating clearly and effectively, building relationships with front of house teams
