Stockroom Associate (38 hours) - Bicester

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Provide superior product knowledge and service techniques to meet customer stock needs.

2. Develop product knowledge of store merchandise to educate customers on features and benefits.

3. Accurately measure and fit customers to appropriate NB products, communicate current store promotions and pricing, and review features and benefits.

4. Keep the floor area neat and organized, including stock and inventory functions such as labeling, price marking, and merchandising apparel to maximize sales.

5. Complete stock transfers, RTVs, and cycle counts.

6. Protect company assets by greeting customers, attaching/detaching security tags (if provided), reporting shrinkage and security violations, and monitoring floor merchandise.

7. Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
