As a Stock Supervisor, you’ll lead the Back of House operations with precision and energy, ensuring inventory excellence and supporting the team in delivering a seamless luxury experience.

Who You Are:

Our Stock Supervisors are operational leaders who ensure the smooth and efficient running of all stockroom activities. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You lead by example, support your team, and collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.

What You’ll Do:

People

  • • Lead and coach the stock team to ensure all Back of House operations are executed efficiently and in line with brand standards.
  • • Support the onboarding and training of new stock associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • • Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure alignment between front and back of house operations.

Operations

  • • Oversee all stock-related tasks including deliveries, transfers, inventory counts, and stockroom organization.
  • • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • • Maintain compliance with loss prevention policies, taking proactive steps to minimize shrinkage.
  • • Partner with Visual Merchandising and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate product placement on the shop floor.
  • • Utilize company systems and tools to track stock levels, manage replenishment, and support business needs.

Service & Sales Support

  • • Ensure the stock team supports the sales floor by maintaining product availability and readiness.
  • • Communicate effectively with store teams to anticipate product needs and support client satisfaction.
  • • Contribute to achieving store sales goals by ensuring stockroom efficiency and product flow.

What You’ll Need:

  • • Proven experience in stock or operations management within a fast-paced retail environment
  • • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • • Technologically proficient, with experience using inventory management systems
  • • A proactive and solution-driven attitude
  • • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • • Fluent English
