About The Team

The Replenishment and Production team are responsible for ingredient, inventory, and box preparation. As a Replenishment Supervisor, you will ensure the correct ingredients and inventory are available in a timely manner for all active production lines between Kitting and Assembly. You will supervise a team of Replenishment Operatives, ensuring everything is prepared and managed to support our Production team. You will allocate operatives to lines and work closely with Line Leaders and Shift Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Set up and clear down production lines.
2. Replenish stock on lines, refilling appropriate positions with correct stock at the start of shifts and changeovers.
3. Allocate Replenishment staff to lines.
4. Regularly check stock levels to ensure sufficient ingredients are available.
5. Check and challenge the quality of ingredients.
6. Work with Team Leaders and Replenishes to ensure lines are well stocked with correct SKUs.
7. Adhere to food safety standards and FEFO requirements for SKU variations.
8. Audit health and safety practices and promote safe working practices according to SOPs.
9. Collaborate with QC Teams to address issues and coach teams accordingly.
10. Proactively prevent shortages and prepare the next line for production.
11. Train and develop Replenishment Operatives to promote a culture of excellence.

Who You Are

1. Detail-oriented with experience in replenishment, leading operations, or warehousing.
2. Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, committed, with a flexible can-do attitude.
3. Basic knowledge of WMS systems.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong work ethic and effective problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously or in a team.

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD.

Shift Pattern: Wednesday - Saturday, 6.30am to 6.30pm.
