MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Redditch for a temporary ongoing role with an immediate start. You will focus on stock replenishment, keeping pick locations stocked and ready for operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical warehouse.

The role requires staying on your feet, performing manual handling, and packing/dispatch tasks. A reliable worker with good timekeeping and a positive, adaptable attitude will fit in well.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (1-2 years desirable).
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet all shift.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Able to perform manual handling duties.
• Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Replenishing stock locations for Pickers and Packers.
• Ensuring products are available for warehouse operations.
• Using ladders safely to access stock where required.
• Manual handling and lifting of products.
• Picking orders using handheld scanners.
• Packing products and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Palletising stock ready for delivery.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
