We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Quality Manager to lead our stock condition survey programme and ensure high standards of quality assurance across our housing assets. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and Compliance Data, you will be responsible for overseeing stock condition surveyors, managing data integrity, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations such as HHSRS and Decent Homes standards.
Hammersmith & Fulham is currently delivering an ambitious 22 development programme that will provide 1,800 new homes, making this an exciting time to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring these new homes meet the highest quality standards and are seamlessly integrated into our housing stock. Alongside this, you will oversee the management of new housing developments, acquisitions, and lease-end properties, ensuring smooth handovers and robust quality control throughout the asset lifecycle.
