Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Inventory & Planning Leader in the United Kingdom to own end-to-end inventory and resource planning across the operation. You will develop and implement stock control processes, analyze demand patterns, and drive improvements to planning frameworks while leading the stock and planning team.

  • Proven experience in inventory management, stock control or workforce planning within a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong leadership capability.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong systems knowledge, including Warehouse Management Systems and advanced Excel capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
