Harrods is seeking a Stock Operative to support our Toys Department and broader stock operations. You will keep stockrooms tidy, handle and pack merchandise safely, check deliveries, price and ticket stock, and assist with stock audits and prep for sales in a luxury environment.

You'll work on 5 days over 7 on a fixed 12-month contract starting November 2026, with shifts 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm, or 1:15pm-9:15pm, and you may be asked to lift heavy items. Harrods offers staff discounts and benefits.

• Unpack and check deliveries against delivery notes, raising discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure all stock is ticketed and priced correctly, and action price changes and markdowns when required.
• Support with daily stock audits, stocktakes, and sale preparation.
• Maintain filing systems for delivery packing lists and update faulty trackers regularly.
• Be detail-oriented, hardworking, and quick thinking, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to different departments.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting our dynamic departments by ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately, and that all stock is stored and maintained to the Harrods standard. There are Stock Operative roles across different departments ranging from furniture to denim and contemporary, all areas requiring a flexible and hands-on approach. Roles will be assigned based on you interests and best fit. You will:

There are three fixed shifts available; 7 am - 3pm, 10 am - 6 pm, 1:15 pm - 9:15 pm.
