Job description

Our client is seeking a reliable, self-motivated and organised Stock Office Assistant to join their team. This is a hands-on, process-driven role requiring accuracy, strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with drivers, haulage companies, customers and internal teams. Own transport required due to the location of the role. This is a temporary to permanent position with immediate start available for the successful candidate!

The Role

You will support all stock office activities, including:

  • Processing orders, receipts and despatches accurately on the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Ensuring correct product codes, dates, status codes and customer requirements are recorded, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Producing accurate manifests and ensuring all paperwork meets customer, quality and safety standards.
  • Managing and updating the QK Booking Diary, providing suitable booking times and recording vehicle movements.
  • Liaising closely with the Loading Bay team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Supporting customer requirements through accurate stock reporting and prompt communication.
  • Upholding compliance with HACCP, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and Company Health & Safety procedures.
  • Maintaining professional and courteous communication at all times.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts:

06:00–14:00

14:00–22:00
