About the Role:

The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business, ensuring excellent online customer experience and service. You will support your team in meeting performance targets, ensuring quick refunds for returned items and timely packaging of stock for online orders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store management team and communicating effectively with the Store Manager
  • Managing a team to ensure accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment that meets targets
  • Creating an inspiring team atmosphere focused on support and motivation
  • Taking a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
