SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 23hrs p/w; Sun 08:00 - 11:00; Mon 16:00 - 21:00; Tue 16:00 - 21:00; Thu 07:00 - 12:30; Fri 10:30 - 16:00

To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:

The Stock Manager supports our online business growth and ensures our customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly and stock is prepared to fulfill online orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store management team in back-of-house operations and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven.
  • Create a motivating environment that supports and inspires your team.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside your team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
