About the Role:

The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring quick refunds for returned items and efficient stock packaging for online orders.

To succeed as a Stock Manager, you will:

• Support the Store management team in back-of-house operations and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
• Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient and safe environment where targets are met.
• Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside your team.
• Ensure communication is current and accurate to meet business needs.
