Job description

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 21.50 hrs per week; Mon 19:00 - 22:00; Wed 16:00 - 22:00; Thu 15:00 - 19:30; Fri 19:00 - 22:00; Sat 15:00 - 21:00

To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding. About the Role:

The Stock Manager supports our online business growth and ensures customers receive excellent online experiences and customer service. You will support and motivate your team to meet performance targets, ensuring quick refunds for returns and efficient stock packaging for online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store management team in back-of-house operations and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to ensure accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment that meets targets.
  • Create a motivating environment where supporting and inspiring your team is a priority.
  • Take a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside your team.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
