Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimising operational efficiency through Stock & Labour? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as anStock & Labour Deployment Manageron a permanent basis.
In this mobile role, reporting directly to the Head of Stock & Labour, you will play a pivotal part in empowering our Operational leadership teams across all brands to confidently manage both stock and labour.
You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance the usage of stock management tools, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of data models to guide the team in modelling key financial and HR changes. Additionally, you will continuously review and refine labour models in partnership with operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
