Job summary

OTB is seeking a Stock Keeper for its shop in Bicester Village. The role focuses on managing product inventory efficiently, ensuring quality control, and maintaining optimal stock levels in a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in stock management, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong understanding of retail standards. Proficiency in Italian is a plus, as you will be contributing to an international brand's performance.

• Previous successful experience in retail stock management, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commercial sense and results-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of retail standards.
• Italian language skills would be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Receiving packages and processing deliveries according to group procedures.
• Checking the quality and conformity of delivered products.
• Preparing and processing transfers of products and collection returns following procedures.
• Preventing unknown markdowns by proposing and implementing action plans.
• Maintaining optimal inventory results by regularly checking stock conformity through rotating inventories and addressing discrepancies.
• Organizing product storage in the warehouse for efficient restocking and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
• Monitoring stock rotation to anticipate restocking needs proactively.
• Contributing to the improvement of the store's performance indicators.
