Job description

Arlettie is a leader in organising private and sample event sales for luxury and fashion brands in London and Paris. Our most loyal partners include Alaia, Balmain, Fendi, Givenchy, Hermès, Isabel Marant, Joseph, Kenzo, Lanvin, Montblanc, Stella McCartney, Victoria Beckham, etc.

We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated Inventory Specialist to join our UK team, based in our showroom in Central London.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for a dynamic showroom environment that changes weekly, working closely with merchandise and the retail space. You will report to the Account Manager and collaborate with the Showroom Manager to maintain the showroom's pristine condition during setup and sales.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Accepting deliveries and ensuring stock accuracy through regular inventories
  • Managing weekly stock positions, reconciliations, and aging
  • Conducting cycle counts, following up on discrepancies, missing, un-barcoded, or misplaced stock
  • Actioning stock loss reports and informing the account manager
  • Signing off Goods In and Dispatch slips
  • Organising vans and delivery schedules for stock movement
  • Receiving stock, checking quantities, descriptions, and prices
  • Picking and preparing orders for dispatch/delivery
  • Collaborating with the floor manager to improve sell-through rates
  • Investigating stock take results in detail
  • Managing the RTV process and ensuring proper stock return procedures
  • Managing zoning, merchandising, and product replenishment
  • Overseeing product pricing and tagging
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
