We’re a fast-growing company committed to excellence in operations and supply chain management. We’re looking to hire a Stock Inventory Manager to help us optimise our inventory processes and ensure accurate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and manage stock levels to maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Implement inventory control procedures to ensure efficient stock tracking.
  3. Utilise data analytics tools to forecast demand and prevent stock discrepancies.
  4. Develop and maintain inventory dashboards for real-time tracking.
  5. Collaborate with the operations and procurement teams to streamline stock management processes.
  6. Generate reports on inventory performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Implement tech-driven solutions to enhance data accuracy and streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Shopify, Xero) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  3. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  4. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving stock discrepancies.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report insights effectively.
  6. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
