Job summary

NXA Talent is seeking a Stock Manager to head up all warehousing stock activity for its largest customer at the Wakefield site. You will lead a small team of 2 stock controllers and work closely with the Warehouse Operations Managers to keep stock layouts efficient.

You will communicate daily with the customer to ensure operations run smoothly, and you will use the WMS to keep records up to date, investigate discrepancies, and implement process improvements where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock or inventory roles at supervisory or coordinator level.
• Proven experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• Strong communication skills for daily customer liaison and team direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead stock/Inventory activities for the largest customer.
• Supervise a team of 2 stock controllers and coordinate with Warehouse Operations Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the WMS and investigate discrepancies thoroughly.
