YOUR ROLE

Our dynamic team at East Midlands Gateway, Derby, is on the lookout for a Stock Flow Controller to join the crew! If you're passionate about keeping things moving, love a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that makes things happen—this is your moment.

This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Maintain optimal stock availability across all locations, consistently achieving a minimum of 95% fill rate.
• Ensure fast-moving SKUs are strategically placed in prime picking locations to maximize efficiency.
• Proactively identify and segregate aged stock, ensuring timely communication with the customer for resolution.
• Manage damaged stock in line with company procedures, ensuring accurate reporting and swift resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the inbound team to monitor and plan for incoming stock, ensuring smooth flow and minimal disruption.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for stock flow and previous experience in a similar role. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. You’ll also be a natural communicator, able to work cross-functionally with other teams.
