NEXT is hiring a Stock Team Member to ensure products are available for online orders and presented beautifully for customers. You will locate, pack and transfer stock quickly, while delivering fast, friendly service on the sales floor when required.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced store team, meet deadlines, keep areas clean and organised, and report to Coordinators or Managers. Flexible working options are available to suit you.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly service skills.
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with high attention to detail.
• Able to work quickly under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work across store areas and support the team.
• Proactive in developing skills and taking on responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Process stock efficiently: locate, pack and transfer stock in/out of store.
• Ensure products are available and presented for online orders.
• Maintain clean, tidy and well-organised operational areas.
• Provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor when needed.
• Report to Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.
