Job summary

Aldi is seeking a part-time store assistant in Towcester. You’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers, stocking shelves, and ensuring deliveries meet Aldi standards. Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish by 10pm; reliable transport is advised as stores vary.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don't meet Aldi standards.
