Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking a store team member to keep daily operations smooth, from receiving deliveries to helping customers and creating a welcoming shopping environment. You will stock shelves, check deliveries, and ensure products look their best.

No prior retail experience required—attitude and reliability matter, with shifts from early mornings to late evenings. Shifts can be as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm; reliable transport is important.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and team.
• Able to replenish stock quickly to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards
