Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Delivery Team Member to ensure perfect stock availability and provide excellent customer service in a busy retail environment. You will process stock quickly, keep areas tidy, and assist customers on the sales floor, reporting to Coordinators or Managers. Flexible working options are available and staff benefits follow.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team, keeping up pace in a fast retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to process stock accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly and accurately (scanning, unpacking, hanging, cubing).
• Present stock on sales floors and in stockrooms.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor and in back areas.
• Work as part of the store team and report to Coordinators or Managers.
