Job summary

NEXT in Bangor is seeking a Stock Team Member to ensure stock is located, packed and ready for online and in-store customers. You will also help keep the store clean and provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor.

Shifts total 11.25 hours per week (Wed 15:30–21:00; Thu 14:00–17:00; Fri 16:15–19:15). The role offers flexible working options and opportunities for development within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a calm, efficient approach.
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with attention to detail.
• Energetic and able to work at pace to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly: locate, pack and transfer stock in and out of store.
• Ensure products are available and presented well for online and store customers.
• Maintain clean, tidy operational areas and assist on the sales floor as needed.
• Collaborate with coordinators or managers to meet performance targets.
