About The Team:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse or stock management experience to join a rapidly growing team. You will support inventory control and stock flow in the warehouse and production areas. Safely and efficiently control stock, execute regular stock audits, manage stock rotation, and assist with the flow of stock.

What You Will Be Doing:

This role is responsible for inventory management and stock control processes to ensure efficient operations and optimal stock levels. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, minimizing stock discrepancies, supporting production and order fulfillment processes, conducting daily audits, and supporting smooth cleardown activities.

1. Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate issues.
2. Monitor stock levels and implement stock control procedures, including storage, handling, and labeling to ensure food safety standards.
3. Coordinate inventory movements with warehouse and Replen teams during production and cleardown, maintaining accurate records within Matflo.
4. Perform daily stock audits, raising concerns or risks to the Coordinator/Leads or Inventory Manager.
5. Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards, cooperate with HelloFresh on safety matters, report incidents, and raise safety concerns.
6. Undertake basic problem-solving activities, escalating issues as needed.
7. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
8. Precheck MHE and ensure safety rules are followed.
9. Conduct audits related to Food Safety, Health & Safety Standards, and other standards like BRCGS.
10. Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
11. Perform any other reasonable duties related to this role.
