Position

The Stock Controller manages the correct product handling both incoming and outgoing, following the Company standards. Supports the Stock Manager in all the necessities linked to the stock and store management. Assists sales and supports Sales Associates in replenishing products on the sales floor to maximize sales and organize product storage efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate data entry of incoming and outgoing goods in the Company IT system, monitoring and preparing necessary tax documentation.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing items according to Company procedures.
  • Checks incoming goods against delivery notes and prepares products for the selling floor (including security tags application).
  • Maintains organized stock following Company procedures.
  • Ensures clear warehouse organization for the sales team.
  • Maintains order and cleanliness in store stock and stock areas, following guidelines.
  • Keeps products in stock tidy and accessible to support sales efforts.
  • Manages inventory activities following Company guidelines.
  • Responsible for product and material security in stock.
  • Handles products to be repaired.
  • Coordinates with external suppliers for shipments, following guidelines.
  • Maintains contact with shipping teams and couriers to ensure proper procedures and timing.
  • Supports sales team in reaching targets by providing stock updates and information.
  • Assists in product arrangement during post-sales.
  • Manages end-of-season returns following guidelines.
  • Ensures proper documentation and archiving of shipping notes.
