Role Profile

The Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring correct and precise stock management, respecting efficiency standards, and ensuring correct movement of goods between the warehouse and the sales floor.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits, and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. Specifically, the candidate will be involved in:

• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent understocking or overstocking;
• Entering purchase details (invoices, vendor details, pricing) into internal databases;
• Placing orders to replenish stock as needed;
• Tracking shipments and updating records daily;
• Overseeing product storage, especially of fragile items;
• Conducting regular inventory audits;
• Liaising with internal teams and warehouse managers to facilitate sales team operations.

Requirements include at least three years of experience in stock management, preferably in Luxury Retail. The ideal candidate is dynamic, highly organized, and fluent in English. Familiarity with supply chain procedures, strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams, and working knowledge of inventory management software are essential.
